Originally I had no intention of going to back to school and was actively searching for full-time work. However, right now I’m only looking for a temporary job (summer/contract) before I start school.

So my question is: in my online report am I allowed to say that I was ready and willing to work each day of the week although I was only looking for temporary work instead of full-time work? Any help is much appreciated.

Hey guys I just wanted to know if there are any tips to pass those pre-employment personality tests. The tests seem to be looking for someone who is charismatic, outgoing, sociable and likes people. To be honest I am none of these things, but that doesnt mean that i cannot give someone great customer service if thats what the job requires. But unfortunately four jobs have turned me down because my test results have not been so great. I just want to know how to answer the questions so they believe that im the person they are looking for.

On the application it asks for employment experience or history but I have none. Normally I would lay out my educational history and the classes I have taken that would apply to the job. But the application does not asks for classes or achievements I doesn’t even ask for references. How should I fill out the portion that asks why if any are there gaps in your employment history?
