It depends on the individual place. Most 14 & 15yos who have jobs get them through their parents, family or family friends. Most businesses don’t hire 14/15yos because of the added stipulations they have to follow and the limited amount of hours they can work.. The penalties they could incur if they break the law with minors are pretty steep.

Most employers can only work people under 16 from 7am to 7pm (9pm in summer, when school is out).. You’d be limited to 3 hours a day & 18 hours a week during the school season and can’t work during school hours.. And 8 hours/day & 40 hours/week when school is out. Not many employers want to deal with the headaches associated with employing the young.

You probably won’t be able to get a job by just showing up. You’ll need to get it by networking through an adult you know. You CAN work if you’re 14 or 15, you just have to have an employer sponsor you so you can get a work permit. Good luck.
