<a href="http://jobsandrecession.com/Top-Recession-Proof-Jobs/">[stable employment]</a>

you need to be much more specific...what type of work do you want to do? Finance, Production Company, Law, Sales, Secretary?/?
there are any types of "office jobs" in a corporate setting. Some are very low paying but they are also low on stress. I have worked several types and have settled on a lower paying because as you get older some of us want less stress, more time off and the pay is not as important to us. When I was younger I was always reaching for the stars and worked 80 hrs a week to get the 100k/ yr job.
You must have an idea of what type of office work you want first...
in the Midwest a admin/ Secretary will make 25k-35k
exec Secretary is up to 60k
purchasing is 35k- to senior buyer of 80k
office managers depend upon the industry very much 30k for low end and 75k for higher end
payroll are generally lower - no more than 35k
engineers 70k-120k
quality people, techs- 25k, managers 80-100k
customer service- 25k-50k
controllers, 60k-100k
the list is too long...you need to research what makes you happy and use that to determine your course!
